PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders are made to order and are processed within 2–7 business days before dispatch.
During sales events, public holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Free standard shipping may be offered on eligible Australian orders where advertised.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shy Riot - Alternative Collective ships to selected international destinations. Available countries and shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT/GST, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated.
Shy Riot - Alternative Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international postal services, or local delivery providers.
TRACKING
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier’s tracking system.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather events, carrier disruptions, customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at theshyriot@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We will assist where possible by lodging enquiries with the shipping carrier. However, delivery services are provided by third-party carriers and outcomes are subject to their investigation processes.
