RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Shy Riot - Alternative Collective.

Due to the made-to-order, customised, and small-batch nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, accidental purchases, or personal preference.

Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and order details before completing your purchase.


FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the item ordered, please contact us at theshyriot@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with the assessment of your claim, you may be required to provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Clear photographs of any damaged packaging where applicable

Claims cannot be assessed without sufficient information. Failure to provide requested evidence may result in delays or the inability to process your claim.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Shy Riot - Alternative Collective will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.


PERSONALISED, CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Personalised, custom-made, and made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to change of mind once production has commenced.


COLOUR, MATERIAL & HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Many products sold by Shy Riot - Alternative Collective are handmade, made to order, 3D printed, hand-finished, or produced using specialised printing processes.

Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, placement, filament appearance, or printed results may occur and do not constitute a fault.

Colours displayed on screens may also vary between devices and may not exactly match the finished product.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled prior to production commencing.

Once production has commenced, cancellation requests may not be possible.


AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
